Welcome to REW Travel, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website [rew.travel] and the services provided by REW Travel, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Provided
REW Travel offers two distinct service types:
Full Travel Design
Comprehensive travel planning and coordination, including itinerary design, hotel and supplier recommendations, and booking management through our trusted partners.
The REW Edit
A focused, advisory session designed to refine and elevate a trip already in motion. This service includes high-level itinerary review, strategic recommendations, and guidance, but does not include booking, ongoing planning, or execution unless otherwise agreed upon.
We act as an advisor and intermediary. We do not directly provide flights, accommodations, or transportation services.
2. Booking and Payments
– Payments for travel services and planning fees may be processed via our host agency or approved payment systems.
– Advisory services (including The REW Edit) must be paid in full prior to the session.
– Prices quoted for travel are subject to change until confirmed by the supplier.
– You are responsible for reviewing all booking details prior to confirmation.
3. Scope of Services
– The REW Edit is a one-time advisory session and does not include booking, ongoing revisions, or continued support beyond what is delivered following the session.
– Any additional planning, coordination, or booking services will require a separate agreement.
– Full Travel Design services include a broader scope and will be outlined separately as applicable.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellation policies for travel bookings vary by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
– REW Travel is not responsible for supplier-issued refunds beyond our control.
– All service fees, including The REW Edit, are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.
5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
– You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation.
– We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
– We are not liable for denied boarding, visa issues, or travel delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
– REW Travel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers.
– We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or disruptions caused by suppliers.
– Travel involves inherent risks. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or losses incurred during travel.
7. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
