Big Love for Texas.
The last time I was in Austin, Texas was 2015; my mom and I met my best friend, Lindsey, who lives in Portland, OR halfway (hi lovie- love you ❤️) and stayed @thedriskill. This classic property is full of charming details that we absolutely loved. We took a carriage ride together, went boot shopping and just enjoyed laughing and learning about the capital of Texas. Austin is a town chock full of passionate eccentricities- music, food, design, history, and fashion all converge in a decidedly and characteristically Texan way- they don’t play small ball in Texas 😂 As I was pregnant at the time with my youngest daughter, I did not get to sample any of the fun craft spirits that Texas is famous for- but I plan on changing that soon when I see @ericchurchmusic in the spring with my handsome husband (best Christmas gift ever). Whether it’s for your girls trip or a fun weekend catching some great live music, Texas is for lovers ❤️ #texas #comeandtakeit#keepaustinweird #austintexasthings #travelagent
